About the ‘Urban Flow’ Event

This summer we are celebrating the connection of movement & art. Join us for a morning with a difference, as we flow together surrounded by art and positive vibes.

Established in 2019, by Maser, John Belton and Adrienne Murphy, Flowstate is an integrated lifestyle brand. For this wellbeing event, Flowstate invites you to join them on Sunday 30th July to mindfully flow and connect through yoga - while surrounded by a curated selection of Original Works, by some of Irelands leading visual artists. This event is kindly supported by our friends at Kildare Village and form part of their ‘Colourama’ Festival. Bringing creative engagements to the heart of Dublin city.

About the Classes

Sunday Slow Flow with Becca Mehigan

Class times: 10am - 10:50am Class

Ready to step out of clock-time and busy mode? This class is the ultimate way to see out the weekend, for a total refresh ahead of a new week. Combining the surroundings of a creative space, with a slower pace, including mindfulness, breathwork, intuitive and gentle movement, and finishing with a body scan, you can expect a total mind and body reset, helping you to feel nourished, calmer, and grounded.

About Becca

Becca is passionate about the mind-body connection, and how we can tap into body sensations to connect with the present moment and find our center. She has recently completed an MSc in Mindfulness-based interventions in the School of Psychology at UCD. Becca is on a mission to share the benefits of mindfulness and movement with everyone. Her classes are accessible to all and she keenly encourages students to move intuitively and creatively, listening to their own bodies as their ultimate guide.

Energising Flow with Goran Jandric

Class Times: 11:10am - 12pm

Suitable for all levels, the class will be led by Goran Jandric, guiding participants through movements and breathwork elements. Expect to build strength, flexibility, mobility and focus in safe, fun, challenging classes that flow through interesting sequences.

About Goran

Goran’s practice is deeply rooted in classical Hatha style with an emphasis on good alignment and longer holds with slow and persistent flexibility and strength building. Goran loves to integrate elements of various yoga methods he practiced for years like Dharma yoga, Ashtanga, Yin or Jivamukti, offering variations of poses for different levels, always making them easily accessible to complete beginners and advanced practitioners.
